BUSINESS HOURS
I maintain a flexible schedule 7 days per week from 10:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. Eastern time, so if weekday sessions won’t suit your agenda, we can discuss evening, weekend, or even holiday hours.

REMOTE SESSIONS
Since 2012, I have been serving clients from all over the globe via remote means with efficiency and success through platforms like Skype and Zoom as well as by email and phone.

SERVICES PRICING
Writing Consultations and Private Coaching sessions are billed in advance to reserve appointments at $100 US per hour. All other writing and editing services are billed on a per-project basis with installments.

PAYMENT METHODS
Services can be paid for online via PayPal, which carries a 3.5% transaction fee, or by bank-to-bank transfer through Zelle, which carries no additional costs.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Since our scheduled session is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply should you change your scheduled session for any reason without at least 24-hour notice. Notice given in less than 24 hours prior to session start time, or no notice at all, will result in a fee equal to the full session price. If notice of any change in scheduled appointment is given in more than 24 hours before session start time, a re-schedule will be permitted. Thank you for your respect and consideration.

REFUND POLICY
Be advised that no refunds will be issued.

REFERRAL DISCOUNT
Receive 15% off the cost of your next appointment after a successful session with a new client you refer. Unlimited referrals permitted!

YOUR COPYRIGHTS
You can feel secure knowing that I do not sell, transfer, or share your personal information or your work with anyone else. All documents I review and/or edit for you remain your intellectual property unless contracted differently.
