My poems, toasts, and speeches written for you are intended for your personal presentation. Publishing and marketing of my work in part or in full for your commercial gain are prohibited, as all copyrights remain with me. Should you choose to turn over my work to another company, professional, agency, or similar for printing purposes, Mary Wanser, Writing Specialist must be credited.

As all pieces are custom-written especially for you to fit your unique situation, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

If you choose to have me print your custom-written piece, know that layout may be in horizontal or vertical format depending upon aesthetic appeal as determined by the writer. Due to variance in color calibration across a wide range of devices, be advised that your printed material may not appear in the exact hues as appeared on your screen.

Should you choose to have your poem or toast printed and shipped by me, US Priority Mail service will be used, which takes 2-3 business days to arrive. This applies to addresses within the United States only.

In keeping your custom-made order original and to maintain my high level of quality writing, the piece I present to you won’t necessarily conform to standard meter. Be aware that not all poetry rhymes. To avoid delivering an inferior product, I will not compromise the appropriate presentation of your sentiments by purposely forcing rhyme.

Agreements and contracts for collaborative projects will be drawn up on a case-by-case basis.

Obituaries, Farewell Letters, Biographies
Due to the sensitive and timely nature of these types of projects, agreements and contracts will be drawn up on a case-by-case basis.

No refunds will be issued.

Cancellation Policy
Since our scheduled session is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply should you change your scheduled session for any reason without at least 24-hour notice. Notice given in less than 24 hours prior to session start time, or no notice at all, will result in a fee equal to the full session price paid. If notice of any change in scheduled appointment is given in more than 24 hours before session start time, a re-schedule will be permitted. Thank you for your respect and consideration.

I do not sell, transfer, or share your personal information or your work with anyone else. All documents I review and/or edit for you remain your intellectual property.
