BUSINESS HOURS
I maintain a flexible schedule 6 days per week, Monday through Saturday 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. Eastern time, so if weekday sessions won’t suit your agenda, we can discuss evening, weekend, or even holiday hours.

REMOTE SESSIONS
Since 2012, I have been serving clients from all over the globe via remote means with efficiency and success through various online platforms as well as by email and phone. Google Meet is the preferred platform. Once we schedule an appointment, I will send you a custom link. If you prefer, find me on the WyzAnt platform here.

SERVICES PRICING
Writing Consultations and Private Coaching sessions via phone, email, or Google Meet are billed in advance to reserve appointments at $60 US per hour; the WyzAnt platform charges additional incidental fees should you choose that option. All other writing and editing services are billed on a per-project basis.

PAYMENT METHODS
Services can be paid for via PayPal with a 3% processing fee or by bank-to-bank transfer through Zelle with no additional cost. Should you choose to meet me on WyzAnt, all billing is done through that company.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Since our scheduled session is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply should you change your scheduled session for any reason without at least 24-hour notice. Notice given in less than 24 hours prior to session start time, or no notice at all, will result in a fee equal to the full session price. If notice of any change in scheduled appointment is given in more than 24 hours before session start time, a re-schedule will be permitted. Thank you for your respect and consideration.

REFUND POLICY
Be advised that no refunds will be issued.

You can feel secure knowing that I do not sell, transfer, or share your personal information or your work with anyone else. All documents I review and/or edit for you remain your intellectual property unless contracted differently.
